Abstract
The rise in blood pressure following the exposure of barbitalized dogs to atmospheres containing diminished amounts of oxygen can be converted to a fall by the administration of ergotamine tartrate, yohimbine hydrochloride, piperidinomethylbenzodioxan sulfate, or α-naphthylmethylethyl-β-chloroethylamine hydrochloride.
