Abstract
In view of the lack of uniformity of procedure and consequent difficulty of evaluation of the results of treatment of experimental rabbit syphilis by different therapeutic agents, the standardized method herein described is proposed. In the light of present knowledge, the technique advocated is the minimal requirement. Such investigations are steps toward human therapy, and therefore important, fully warranting the time and labor required.
