Comparison of Phase I metabolic enzyme activities between wild-type and Mrp2–/– mice
Data represent means ± S.E. determined from four liver microsome preparations, each preparation consisted of a pool of three to four livers. No statistically significant differences were found between wild-type and Mrp2–/– mice at P < 0.05.
