EC50 values (in nanomolars; ± S.E.M.) of NPS peptides and NPS fragments at human and mouse NPSR isoforms

All of the peptides were tested for mobilization of intracellular Ca2+ in independent stable clones expressing the respective NPSR isoform. EC50 values were calculated from triplicate incubations. Data from typical experiments are shown. The human NPS 1–10 peptide was insoluble and could not be tested.
