Comparison of radiosensitivity in metastatic and parental cells

The 50% inhibitory dose (ID50) was calculated as the dose of radiation that caused a 50% reduction in cell viability. Radioresistance fold indicates the ratio of ID50 for radiation against metastatic cells (M) to the ID50 for radiation against parental cells (P). Data are calculated as the mean ± S.D. of triplicate samples.
