Dose-related antinociception produced by the oral administration of (RS)-ibuprofen or the combination of Glu plus Ibu (weight ratio 9:1) to mice
Antinociception was measured 30 min after dosing and is expressed as the ratio: (number of nonresponders)/(number in group). The ED50 (±95% confidence interval) was determined from probit regression analysis.
