Cells were treated with various concentrations of NO-aspirin, NO-sulindac, and NO-indomethacin and their corresponding traditional NSAIDs, as described under Materials and Methods. Cell numbers were determined at 24, 48, and 72 h from which IC50 values were calculated. Results are mean ± S.E.M. of three to seven different experiments done in duplicate.
