PaCa-2 or BxPC-3 cells were treated with the NSAIDs at the indicated concentrations for 24 h or 3 days, followed by staining with propidium iodide and flow cytometric analysis of DNA content. The percentage of cells in each cell cycle phase was determined by analysis of the DNA content histograms using Modfit software. Numbers highlighted in bold are statistically different from the corresponding control values (P < 0.001, Student's ttest). Values from a representative experiment are presented, and similar results were obtained in at least two independent experiments.
