Inhibition of 40 μM forskolin-stimulate cAMP accumulation by Eto was determined as described in Materials and Methods in naive cells (control), desensitized cells (Des), and resensitized cells in the absence (Res) or presence of 10 nM OA (Res + OA). Data are mean ± S.D. of three independent experiments realized in triplicate.
