CYP2E1 RNA bands were normalized with β-actin signals then quantitated using a standard curve generated with tritiated sense CYP2E1 RNA. Each value represents average ± S.D. calculated from three RNase protection assays, except days 58 and 67 whose values were calculated from two assays.
