  • 4-a Vasa deferentia from MF1 mice were mounted in an organ bath and stimulated with 0.5-s trains of three pulses of 110% maximal voltage (0.1-Hz and 0.5-ms duration) through electrodes attached to the upper and lower ends of each bath. Cumulative concentration-response curves were constructed using concentrations between 3.16 pM and 100 nM. Cannabinoids were administered using Tween 80 vehicle; the vehicle had no effect on the response within the concentration range used. Inhibition was calculated as the ratio of the amplitude of the twitch response after the administration of drug to the amplitude immediately before the addition of any agonist.
