  • 1-a Mice were administered either vehicle or SR 141716A i.v. 10 min before the i.v. administration of the indicated treatment (doses expressed as mg/kg). The animals were tested 30 min after Δ9-THC treatment and 5 min after anandamide as shown above. The results are presented as mean ± S.E.M. (N = 6–12/group) as changes in body temperature (°C) or percent immobility.
