Human washed platelets were incubated with vehicle, 3 μM arachidonic acid, 1 μM A23187 or 1 unit/ml thrombin at 37°C for 10 min, and product formation was determined by GC/MS/MS. The data represent mean ± S.E.M. of three experiments.
