Combination of P-gp knockout and TQD
The drug concentration of RS194Bin P-gp KO mice with and without P-gp inhibitor TQD administration. Two of the four P-gp KO mice were treated intraperitoneally with TQD 10 min prior to 70 mg/kg, i.m., of RS194B. Then, the respective organ and blood samples were collected 30 and 60 min after RS194B injection.
