Parameter	Description of Parameter
C_max	The maximum observed arithmetic mean conc. of T3 measured after dosing.
C_max/D	The C_max divided by the dose administered.
Tmax	The time after dosing at which the maximum observed arithmetic mean conc. of T3 was observed.
AUC(0–t)	The area under the T3 arithmetic mean conc. vs. time curve from time zero the time after dosing at which the last quantifiable concentration of the drug was observed estimated by the linear or linear/log trapezoidal method.
AUC(0–t)/D	The AUC(0–t) divided by the dose administered.
When data permitted, the slope of the terminal elimination phase of each arithmetic mean concentration vs. time curve was determined by log-linear regression, and the following additional parameters were estimated:
