Brain penetration of PG analogs in mouse after various routes of dosing
PG analogs were administered at the indicated dose and route, and plasma and brain samples were taken at 30 minutes for the measurement of drug levels. Values for brain levels are mean ± S.D. of three animals per group. The brain-to-plasma ratio was calculated from the mean drug levels at 30 minutes.
