Measurement of binding affinity of DS-9001a and DS-9001a without ABD to human PCSK9 and HSA
The binding affinities of DS-9001a and DS-9001a without ABD to biotinylated PCSK9 and HSA were measured by a surface plasmon resonance (SPR)-based assay. The association rate constants (ka) and dissociation rate constants (kd) were determined and the dissociation constants (KD) were calculated based on them.
