Number of replicates were as described in the legend to Table 4. Cumulative retention of IDAOL was significantly higher than DNROL retention both in absence and presence of polymorphism (P < 0.001, unpaired Student’s t test). For IDAOL, time at Cmax was 4 hours, and therefore separate determinations of uptake and retention were not assessable (n.a.) (see also legend to Table 4).
