Estimated fractional target occupancy values at the SERT and 5-HT1B receptor after acute or subchronic vortioxetine administration

Vortioxetine occupied the same fraction of SERT and 5-HT1B receptor targets using acute administration at 10 mg/kg 1 hour s.c. or 14 day p.o. administration via ad libitum feeding with rodent chow infused with 1.8 g vortioxetine/kg food weight. Thus, these dosing regimens are considered equivalent. Data are presented as mean ± S.E.M. N = 6 rats per group.
