Flow cytometric analysis of intracellular ROS and ΔΨm levels in U937 cells after MJ-29 treatment

U937 cells (2.5 × 105 cells/ml/well) were treated with 1 μM MJ-29. The 0 h was defined as control. To determine ROS production and ΔΨm levels cells were stained with DCFH-DA and DiOC6, respectively. The stained cells were examined by flow cytometry as described under Materials and Methods. Values are mean ± S.E.M. (n = 3).
