Gene expression in the liver (arbitrary units)

Zucker lean controls or ZDF rats with or without cholestyramine treatment for 5 weeks were taken down without fasting at the end of the study. Liver samples were collected for RNA extraction, and qPCR was performed using gene-specific primers and probes.
