Effect of test agents on d-amphetamine-induced release of [3H]MPP+ via the dopamine transporter

Eight-point dose-response curves were generated using 5 nM [3H]MPP+ in the absence and presence of the indicated test agents. The data of three independent experiments were pooled (24 data points) and fit to the dose-response equation for the best-fit estimate of the EC50 and Emax values (±S.D.).
