Influence upon spontaneous locomotor activity in rats, S33138, F(3,20) = 16.8, P < 0.01; haloperidol, F(4,25) = 8.1, P < 0.01; clozapine, F(5,57) = 15.6, P < 0.01; olanzapine, F(6,45) = 14.2 P < 0.01; and risperidone, F(4,36) = 21.6, P < 0.01. Influence upon spontaneous locomotor activity in mice: S33138, F(3,24) = 33.3, P < 0.01; haloperidol, F(3,50) = 63.0, P < 0.01; clozapine, F(4,29) = 37.7, P < 0.01; olanzapine, F(5,35) = 36.0, P < 0.01; and risperidone, F(3,20) = 36.1, P < 0.01.
