Volume of distribution for peptides
Brain perfusion was performed for 5 min with 125I-peptides as described under Materials and Methods. Data correspond to means obtained after the perfusion of two mice. Data represent the means ± S.D. The ratios between the distribution volumes measured in parenchyma (P) and total brain (B) are also presented.
