Membranes were incubated with 0.1 nM [³⁵S]GTPγS, 30 μM GDP, and varying concentrations of CP55,940 as described under Materials and Methods. Data are the mean E_max, EC₅₀, and basal [³⁵S]GTPγ S-binding values ± S.E.M. derived from four to six mice per group.
