Pharmacokinetic parameters for NS-304 and MRE-269 after oral administration of NS-304 to healthy male volunteers (microdose study)
After administration of NS-304 (100 μg, aqueous solution), blood samples were collected at various times, plasma was prepared, and the plasma concentrations of NS-304 and MRE-269 were determined by LC/MS/MS. Each value is the mean ± S.D., n = 5.
