The Ki values of NSAIDs for hOAT1 and hOAT3
The inhibitory effect of NSAIDs on the uptake of PAH (0.1 μM) and PCG (1 μM) by hOAT1- and hOAT3-transfected HEK293 cells, respectively, was examined. The Ki values were determined by nonlinear regression analysis. All values represent the mean ± S.D.
