Pharmacokinetic parameters for CPA clearance

Plasma CPA levels (from Fig. 4) were used to calculate pharmacokinetic parameters, including AUC, Tmax, Cmax, t1/2, and clearance. Values are means ± S.E. (n = 4 for each strain). Tukey's test was used for statistical analysis.
