AB The actions of pituitary extract upon the blood pressure of the dog under chloretone, ether and luminal are described. It is shown that there are quantitative differences in responses and that the nature of the response is determined by extent to which the coronary vessels are affected. The latter may be so affected as to produce variable degrees of circulatory depression.
