Colebatch YR 1961 UL http://jpet.aspetjournals.org/content/134/1/47.abstract AB The administration of 0.5 mg/kg 1-methyl-D-lysergic acid butanolamide (Deseril, Sandoz) in 9 sheep resulted in an increase in pulmonary arterial pressure and resistance, a rise in the mean non-elastic resistance of the lungs and a fall in lung compliance. These changes were found to be similar to those obtained during the continuous infusion of serotonin in 2 sheep.
