Larson YR 1958 UL http://jpet.aspetjournals.org/content/123/4/259.abstract AB Total per cent excretion of nornicotine in the urine increases with increasing dosage up to a peak of approximately 60 per cent at dose levels of 15 mgm./kgm. and above. The rate of urinary excretion of nornicotine increases with increasing dosage. The rate of detoxication of nornicotine appears to be independent of dosage at the levels studied. Urinary excretion of nornicotine is virtually complete within 16 hours after cessation of administration. The intravenous LD50 of nornicotine in dogs is 4.0 mgm./kgm.
