In Figs. 1, 7, 8, and 9 of the above article [Shetty HU, Zoghbi SS, Siméon FG, Liow J-S, Brown AK, Kannan P, Innis RB, and Pike VW (2008) J Pharmacol Exp Ther 327:727-735], the 1,3-thiazole ring incorrectly shows a 5-substituent (R¹), which should be in the 4-position as shown below.
