Abstract
Administration of cyclopropane to mongrel dogs typically resulted in arterial hypertension, tachycardia, increased plasma concentrations of epinephrine and other signs of increased sympathetic nervous activity.
Neither respiratory acidosis nor anoxia was responsible for these findings.
