Abstract
Cyclopropane has no visible effect on the acutely decentralized nictitating membrane of the atropinized, spinal, adrenalectomized cat. Cyclopropane, however, enhances the effect of a continuous infusion with epinephrine on the nictitating membrane. Higher concentrations of cyclopropane are more effective than lower concentrations. Cyclopropane causes greater contractions with larger dosages of epinephrine than with smaller ones.
