Antinociceptive effects of rotigotine-loaded microspheres and its synergistic interactions with analgesics in inflammatory pain in rats
2021, European Journal of PharmacologySynergistic interaction between butorphanol and dexmedetomidine in antinociception
2020, European Journal of Pharmaceutical SciencesBetter antidepressant efficacy of mecamylamine in combination with L-NAME than with L-arginine
2020, Behavioural Brain ResearchCitation Excerpt :The dose-effect curve was constructed and the experimental points fitted using least-squares linear regression. Then, the ED50 (50 % immobility time) of each drug was calculated [19,20]. To assess the interaction between drugs, mecamylamine and NO agents were administered in fixed-ratio combination (mecamylamine ED50/2 + NO agent ED50/2 mg/kg; mecamylamine ED50/4 + NO agent ED50/4 mg/kg and mecamylamine ED50/8 + NO agent ED50/8 mg/kg).
