Fecal elimination of ZD6474 following p.o. dosing in tumor-bearing nude mice at 10, 25, and 50 mg/kg Mice were grouped per dose level in metabolic cages, and feces was collected in 24-h periods. Nine animals were included in the 0- to 24-h group, six animals in the 24- to 48-h group, and three animals in the 48- to 72-h group.
