Efficacy and potency of thienorphine in stimulating [35S]GTPγS binding in membrane prepared from CHO cells stably expressing rat μ-opioid receptor [35S]GTPγS binding was performed as described under Materials and Methods. EC50 values with 95% confidence limits were calculated by nonlinear regression using Prism 4.0.
