Determination of the effects of l-t-C6-Pyr-Cer on the blood counts, levels of enzymes, and electrolytes in serum in vivo

The blood counts, levels of serum enzymes, and electrolytes in response to l-t-C6-Pyr-Cer (Pyr-Cer) alone or in combination with GMZ in SCID mice were analyzed by Anilytics, Inc., as described under Materials and Methods. Pyridinium ceramide did not have any detectable effects on these parameters, which were within the normal levels (ranges) in these animals. The data shown here represent the blood work of one of the animals from each group.
