Determination of cell viability in HT29 and T84 cells treated with EGCG
Cells were stimulated with 100 ng/ml TNF-α and incubated in the presence or absence of varying concentrations of EGCG. After 24 h, LDH was determined in culture supernatants immediately after harvest. Results are given as percentage of total LDH contents ± S.D. Similar data have been obtained in at least two independent sets of experiments.
