Potentiation of NGF induced HAEC migration by rhVEGF and rhbFGF

The OM assay was performed with 20,000 cells/ring. After 1 h, the ring was removed, the cells were gently washed with PBS, and the growth factors were applied in EM: 0.25 ng/ml rhVEGF, 0.1 ng/ml rhbFGF, and 0.1 ng/ml vNGF. After 3 days, the experiment was stopped, the cell monolayers were photographed using a 2× objective, and the migration was measured and analyzed according to Materials and Methods.
