Effects of Didox, Imidate, and HU on SMC dATP pools Didox (0–200 μM), Imidate (0–200 μM), and HU (0–1000 μM) were added to the SMC culture during the log phase of growth and incubated for 24 h. dNTPs were extracted, and samples were subjected to HPLC analysis.
