Summary of EAE disease parameters

EAE was induced by immunizing control or andrographolide-treated mice with MOG35-55 peptide, as described under Materials and Methods. Clinical score was evaluated on a daily basis, and mean maximum score was calculated by adding clinical scores at the peak of disease for animals that develop EAE in each group and then divided by the total number of animals.
