Antitumor activity of BIBX1382 and BIBU1361 in various xenograft models in nude mice
After establishment of tumors, the animals were treated daily p.o. with different doses of BIBX1382 or BIBU1361. When average tumor volume of the control group had reached 1000 to 1500 mm3, tumor volumes of the treated animals were compared with the controls [T/C (%)]. The numbers in parentheses represent the number of animals in each group.
