Influence of RPPGF derivatives on γ -thrombin-induced platelet aggregation and calcium mobilization

Data presented are the mean ± S.E.M. of n > 3 independent experiments. In all instances, the values given represent the concentration of peptide needed to inhibit threshold γ -thrombin-induced platelet aggregation 100%. Calcium mobilization assays were performed as described under Materials and Methods. In all instances, the values given represent the influence of 100 mM peptide on threshold α-thrombin-induced calcium mobilization.
