Effect of tTEPA on the 7-EFC O-deethylation activity, P450 content, heme, and pyridine hemochrome of CYP2B1 and CYP2B6 Assay conditions were as described under Materials and Methods. The data shown represent the means and standard deviations from three to six experiments obtained for CYP2B1 after 10 min and for CYP2B6 after 15 min of incubation in the presence or absence of NADPH and are shown as a percentage of the control samples at 0 min incubated in the absence of tTEPA. The HPLC data are the average from two separate experiments. The data from one experiment are shown for the pyridine hemochrome assay.
