Influence of NCX-911 (NO-sildenafil) and sildenafil on LPS-induced changes in bronchoalveolar lavage cell composition BALB/c mice were exposed for 30 min to an aerosol either of NCX-911 (100 μM) or sildenafil (100 μM). After 15 min of resting time, mice were exposed for 30 min to an aerosol of LPS (100 μg/ml) in saline solution or to an aerosol of the saline solution alone (negative control group). Results are expressed in 104 ± S.E.M.
