Effects of Go6976 on PKC inhibition of Ga_s-stimulated cyclic AMP accumulation in HEK-AC9 cells Cyclic AMP accumulation in HEK293 cells expressing AC2 or AC9 was stimulated with 1 μM Iso. Where indicated, isoproterenol-stimulated cyclic AMP accumulation was measured in the presence of 100 nM PMA (+PMA) or PMA combined with varying concentrations of Go6976. Data shown are mean ± standard error of the mean of four independent experiments.
