Antioxidant activity of flurbiprofen and derivatives The ability of the test compounds at concentrations of 1 to 300 μM to scavenge a stable free radical (DPPH) was assessed in vitro. The EC50 represents the concentration of the test compound that scavenged half of the free radical.
