Inositol phosphate production by different receptor combinations Inositol phosphate accumulations were determined as described under experimental procedures on transiently transfected COS-7 cells. Results are expressed as a ratio of IPs produced by indicated receptor combinations over IPs produced by the WT receptor stimulated with LTD4 (5 × 10-7 M). The results are the means ± S.E. of three independent determinations.
