Binding properties of wild-type and mutated NMDA receptors
Saturation binding isotherms of [3H]RO 25-6981 performed on membrane preparations from HEK-293 cells transiently cotransfected with various combinations of NR1 and wild-type and point-mutated NR2B subunits. Values are mean ± S.D. of the KD values, calculated from three individual experiments, performed in quadruplet.
